About the seller
We run Marivelle Pavilion out of Thane, Maharashtra selling garden decor & outdoor lighting to customers across India.
We are a retailer: we buy, we hold stock, we sell under our name. We are not a maker, an authorised dealer or anyone’s agent.
Placing an order
Payment does not conclude the contract — dispatch does . Until dispatch we can still decline for out-of-stock items, mispriced listings or unverifiable details.
A declined order that was already paid for is refunded in full.
About our listings
We describe items from what suppliers tell us and from the product in front of us . Photography is of the real product; screen colour varies and measurements are approximate unless we say otherwise. Where a listing is materially wrong, return it under the return policy.
The goods themselves
Solar garden lighting depends entirely on how much direct sun the panel receives. Run time varies with the season, the weather and where the light is placed, so we do not quote a fixed number of hours for any item.
Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include everything payable, with delivery shown separately at checkout . Prices can change, though never once your order is confirmed. Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we contact you before proceeding.
Site use
- Use it lawfully, and not in a way that interferes with anyone else
- Please do not lift our images or written listings for your own selling
- Your login is yours to protect; orders placed on your account are down to you
Liability
Our responsibility is to supply what you ordered as described, together with the remedies in our shipping, return and cancellation policies . To the extent the law allows, indirect and consequential loss is excluded; rights that cannot lawfully be limited are untouched.
Other than as the law requires, no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose apply beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
Governing law
The applicable law is Indian: the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 all apply Jurisdiction sits with the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
