We ship across India from Thane, Maharashtra and this page sets out the cost, the timing, and what happens if a parcel goes astray.

Charges

spend ₹999 or more and delivery is on us ; orders under that amount pay one flat ₹49.

Cash on Delivery carries no handling fee.

How long it takes

packing takes 1–2 business days from the day you order ; transit runs 3–9 business days once it is collected.

Our courier collection closes at 3:00 PM IST; anything after that is packed the next working day.

Treat these as estimates, not promises . Festival traffic, weather and local restrictions all stretch them, and we will say so if we learn a parcel is delayed.

Delivery area

Our couriers cover India only . International orders and reshipping services are not something we take on.

Some remote areas are not served . In that case the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Damaged, wrong or undelivered parcels

Please film the parcel being opened. If anything arrives damaged, wrong or missing, that footage settles the claim quickly — tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund at our cost.

An incomplete address or repeated failed attempts send the parcel back to us — we re-send once you confirm a corrected address, and the flat delivery charge applies again on that second attempt.
