You may need to call an order off . Here is when we can still catch it, and how the refund works.

Before it leaves

Any order still on our bench can be cancelled for nothing . Reach us before 3:00 PM IST on the day and it is straightforward.

Write to [email protected] or call +91 9892210607. Give the order number and say you want it cancelled, and you get written confirmation.

Once the courier has it

Once the courier has collected we cannot recall a parcel . Turn it away or accept it and return it under the 10 days policy.

Refund timing on a cancellation

Cancel a prepaid order in time and the reversal runs 5 to 7 working days, per the Reserve Bank of India’s stated timeline.

Nothing is charged on a Cash on Delivery order cancelled before dispatch, so there is nothing to refund . We apply no cancellation fee and no restocking charge.

When we cancel

Occasionally we have to cancel an order ourselves — stock that turns out damaged, a pin code our couriers will not reach, or details we cannot verify. We explain why and refund in full.

We prefer an honest cancellation to a disappointing delivery.
