What we collect
- What you have bought from us, so we can answer questions about it later
- Contact and delivery details: name, address, email, phone
- Standard technical information: IP address, device type, pages visited
No card or banking credentials are collected, because UPI authenticates in your own app and cash never touches our systems.
Why we use it
To get the parcel to you, deal with what you write in about, run returns, and keep the books the law says we must . No advertising profiles are built and nothing is sold on.
Who else sees it
Only those who need it to complete your order: the courier carrying the parcel, and the hosting and email providers that run this site — they act on our instructions and cannot use your details for their own ends. Disclosure to authorities happens only under legal obligation.
Garden orders are often delivered to a gate or side entrance, so any delivery note you add at checkout is passed to the courier along with the address.
How long data stays
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law requires — enquiries that never became orders are cleared once closed, and nothing is kept indefinitely for its own sake.
About cookies
We use session and basket cookies, and simple page analytics . Browser-level blocking is possible; the basket then fails.
We send no marketing email . Order updates are the whole of it.
What you can ask for
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) give you the right to see the personal data we hold, to have it corrected, and to have it erased where no law obliges us to keep it Address the request to our Grievance Officer, below, and we answer within a reasonable period.

Security
Traffic is encrypted and order records are restricted to fulfilment staff — no system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority.
