How do I pay?

Two options: UPI, or cash to the courier on delivery. Nothing else is offered.

Is GST included?

No. We trade below the GST registration threshold and are not registered, so no GST is charged and we cannot issue a GST invoice. A plain sale invoice comes with the parcel.

Is there a showroom?

Marivelle Pavilion trades online only; the address we list is administrative.

Something arrived broken. What now?

Tell us inside 48 hours and attach the unboxing footage. We cover the replacement or refund and the return leg.

When do I get my refund?

Once we have it back and have checked it, 7 business days. Cancellations before dispatch take 5 to 7 working days.

How long do the solar lights stay on?

That depends on the sun the panel gets that day, the season and where you site it. We do not print a fixed run time because there is no honest single figure for it.

How much is delivery?

Orders from ₹999 upward ship free. Smaller ones carry a flat ₹49.

Are these branded products?

Everything is sold as Marivelle Pavilion stock. We hold no dealership or agency and make no brand claims.

What is your return policy?

Yes — within 10 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging with the invoice.
