When an order goes wrong
an order spends 1–2 business days with us before it leaves — then the courier leg is 3–9 business days.
Please film the parcel being opened. If anything arrives damaged, wrong or missing, that footage settles the claim quickly — tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund at our cost.
The return window is 10 days; refunds follow within 7 business days . We do not offer a direct exchange, and we would rather you knew that now.
